Hello, my name is Zachary Dexter. Born in Richmond, Indiana, I moved around the country a lot due to my father being in the military. Most of my childhood was spent in Dayton, OH – a city that I consider my hometown. I first visited the Florida Panhandle in 2017. It was easy to fall in love with the sugar white sand and southern hospitality. It was at that point that I decided to leave Ohio and make Panama City Beach my forever home! I worked as a life coach for 4 years helping the developmentally disabled live normal lives – something that I am still passionate about. I also worked beach service doing chair & jet ski rentals. This enabled me to build relationships with many vacation rental owners, up and down the Emerald Coast. This special relation with investors and owners is what motivated me to pursue a career in real estate. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my fiancée, Katie, and my two beautiful daughters: 5-year-old Ella and 1-year-old Ava. You also may find me fishing or snorkeling at St. Andrews State Park. With my knowledge of the Panama City Beach area and understanding of the vacation rental business, I would love to be your go-to-guy, whether you are a first time home buyer, looking to sell your property, or looking for an investment property.
